DESTINATION MANAGEMENT PLAN
Grounding diversity with a clear vision was the starting point for a DMP that covers 61.2% of NSW and involves 38 Councils. Giving a voice to places both big and small was also critical. From this point, the task was clear: bring focus and create opportunities from gaps and challenges. We then delivered an Action Plan that was practical, realistic and prioritised.

PRODUCT AND EXPERIENCE AUDIT
Finding out what is on offer and how easy it is for the potential visitor to find it, is vital for growing the visitor economy. This audit revealed the gaps and opportunities and delivered a report for each sub-region to identify priority projects as part of a destination development pathway, linked to the DMP.
